Lincolnshire takes on The Children's Traffic Club!

dbda are pleased to announce that Lincolnshire County Council's Children Services has embarked on a new partnership with The Children's Traffic Club, providing free membership to all 3 year olds living in Lincolnshire from September 2009 onwards.

All 3 year olds living in Lincolnshire will be invited to join The Club around their 3rd birthday.

Lincolnshire County Council's Children Services works closely with other organisations to provide services for children and families in Lincolnshire with the aim to ensure that 'every child and young person, in every part of the county, has the best possible start in life and is able to achieve their full potential'. As part of the County Council they also hope to 'enhance the quality of life of the road users by reducing ill health, disability and death caused by road collisions'.

Bill Smith, Senior Business Development Manager at dbda said 'dbda are delighted to be working in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council Children's Services. Our aim is to ensure that every 3 year old in the county in conjunction with their parents and carers are afforded the best possible start on their journey to becoming safer road users through their membership of The Children's Traffic and in the future reduce casualties on the roads of Lincolnshire'.
